Kenneth R. Gilberg, Flaster/Greenberg P.C.
Kenneth R. Gilberg serves as co-chair of the Automotive Practice Group and a member of the firm’s Employment and Labor Law Practice Group, representing employers in a broad range of employment, labor and human resources issues. He partners with clients to provide sound counsel on the day-to-day regulatory and human resource issues in the workplace, such as discrimination, sexual harassment, mergers and acquisitions, workforce reductions, federal and state wage and hour laws, and employment agreements. He also helps companies remain union-free and aids unionized companies in negotiating favorable contracts. Mr. Gilberg is an experienced practitioner representing management before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, Department of Labor and other administrative agencies.

His practical approach to problem solving is to seek solutions that help minimize employment-related litigation and assist companies in improving productivity, service and quality. Mr. Gilberg has experience in helping companies maintain productive and effective relationships with both non-union and union employees.

He is both a frequent speaker and writer on labor and employment matters.
