Another Lubavitch House affiliated program is Philly Friendship Circle. Friendship Circle is a national program that provides support and community to children and teens with special needs. For over 6 years, Philly Friendship Circle has let children and teens with special needs enjoy many of the social and recreational activities provided to the community at large. Friendship Circle provides much needed respite to parents and families of special needs children and teaches valuable, life-long lessons to teen volunteers.
