Marc Rayfield graduated from Temple University in 1985 with a BA in Journalism. After graduation, Marc interned at POWER 99FM, where he was subsequently promoted to marketing director and then account executive. In 1990, he moved to WIP SportsRadio as Local Sales Manager and then switched to the same position at KYW Newsradio in 1992. In 1994, Marc was promoted to General Sales Manager at KYW and later to Station Manager. He was again promoted in 2003, this time returning to WIP SportsRadio as Vice President/General Manager. In 2007, Marc took on his current position of Senior Vice President/Market Manager for CBS Philadelphia Radio Stations, KYW, WIP, WPHT, WYSP, WOGL and the four play-by-play radio networks.
Marc graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with an MS in Organizational Management in 1992. He was inducted into Temple Alumni Hall of Fame in October 2007. Marc is a frequent Lecturer at Temple University, St. Joseph University, Drexel, Penn, and Holy Family College. He serves on the Board of Directors for PAL, the Philadelphia Zoo, the Haub School of Business at St. Joseph’s University, the Morris Arboretum of the University of Pennsylvania, the USO, the ADL, the Holocaust Remembrance Foundation, the Jewish National Fund, and the Terri Lynne Lokoff Childcare Foundation. He is a passionate Phillies fan and avid reader. Marc and his wife Nicole have two daughters, Blake and Aliza.
